Mr. Paymayesh is involved in the sourcing, acquisition, and oversight of new and existing investments. Prior to joining Branford in 2025, Mr. Paymayesh worked as a senior analyst at Cross Keys Capital, where he advised middle-market founder-owned companies on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and capital raising across the industrial, healthcare, and financial sectors. Before Cross Keys, Mr. Paymayesh worked in the Financial Due Diligence group at PwC, where he focused on buy-side and sell-side engagements for private equity firms and large corporate clients. Mr. Paymayesh graduated from the University of Florida with both a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
